Job Description:
Must have experience in the telecom industry. Works to develop, improve, maintain and implement network infrastructure. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in telecom.  Must be capable of managing a network cabling installation from start to finish. Must be capable of complete use of scanners and certifiers and has broad knowledge of industry standards. Capable of troubleshooting and repairing minor communications equipment issues and has knowledge of basic programming and user features on PBX.

Job Description:
Minimum 4 years experience.  Works to develop, improve, maintain, and implement network installations.  Must have extensive knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within a particular field.  Must be capable of supervising network wiring and PBX installations while coordinating all aspects between the customer and our office. Must maintain certifications on most products serviced.  Must have great leadership skills and motivational skills. Responsibilities include leading a team to deploy and manage small to midsize PBX installations. Must have experience with installation and troubleshooting of all carrier circuits including carrier provided equipment in addition to basic troubleshooting knowledge of PC desktop applications and configurations.

Job Description:
Reporting to the Engineering Supervisor, engineers are responsibility for working directly with customers with technology related service tickets and or implementation projects. This may include installation of new hardware, troubleshooting customer software, and programming various pieces of equipment. Engineers need to be well rounded and have a strong desire to work with various forms of hardware and technology components. This position will assists in the development and maintenance of network communications. Must have broad knowledge of LAN/WAN systems to help plan, design and install internal and external networks. Must be able to identify all points of failure on a network and have specific knowledge within the industry. Must be capable of installing routers, firewalls, and configuring basic server functions. Must have specific degree of certifications within the field of expertise.  Must be able to recommend alterations and enhancements to improve quality of products and/or procedures. The ideal candidate will have had hands-on expert knowledge in the IT industry and be willing to travel to local customers locations on a daily basis.

Job Description:
Reporting to the Technical Service Manger, the Senior Service Coordinator (SC) shall be responsible for fielding customer calls, servicing remote tickets, reviewing technical work performed, quoting additional equipment and scheduling future work. This position will be responsible for daily scheduling of technicians for both service and installation and shall have primary responsibility for dispatching teams. SC shall be able to read work performed and determine the accuracy of materials used and understand the level of work. This position will have responsibility for determining billable versus non billable time as well as be able to coordinate the materials and labor required to complete a specific ticket. SC shall work with internal teams for staging of equipment and dispatching technical staff. An ideal candidate will have a diverse technical back ground with multiple technologies and will show excellent communication skills.

Purchasing Agent

Job Description:
The Clerical Purchasing Agent oversees the handling and shipping of all products along with the procurement of products and return merchandise. Must be a self-starter who can work independently and have the organizational skills to manage procurement of materials and the warehouse. This position will be responsible for research and procurement, receiving, shipping, packaging, maintaining correct records for all purchase or returns processed, maintaining the warehouse and technical area, working with accounts payable and supporting internal departments for procurement. This position is also tasked with developing and implementing process improvements in all of the internal areas. We are looking for self motivated individuals to work in a fast-pace environment characterized by high energy. The Clerical Purchasing Agent reports to the upper management team about the successes and failures of the department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the highest level of customer support.
  • Coordinating with purchase officers and suppliers for the receiving of supplies.
  • Validating the documents and reports in accord with the unloaded merchandise.
  • Making note of any damaged goods or any other discrepancies and reporting the same to the supervising authorities.
  • Managing all the stock records and inventory lists.
  • Procuring, tracking, receiving, serializing and staging of equipment per the procedures.
  • RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) of all equipment (full process).
  • Track all repairs for equipment, RMA, testing, reallocating, etc.
  • Determine shipping method for materials, using knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates.  Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare materials for shipping, using work devices such as hand tools and postage meter.
  • Vehicle maintenance, mileage, inventory, scheduling of services, etc.
  • All office maintenance pertaining to the day to day operations.
  • Develop strong vendor relationships.
  • Maintaining warehouse, inventory and technical areas in an orderly fashion.
  • Perform regular cycle counts of inventoried stock to ensure accurate accounting

Skills and Specifications:

  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Knowledge of the safety and legal procedures for handling and receiving goods.

  • Excellent physical health is required as most warehouse jobs involve loading and unloading merchandise. The work can be physically demanding at time and requires lifting, bending or standing.

Education:

  • Minimum of Associates Bachelors degree in Business or finance

 
Work Experience:

  • Stable track record of organization employment (2 years at one site is a plus).
  • 5 years total in procurement or finance.  
  • Knowledge and or experience with hardware, software and networking equipment in an information technology environment.

Job Description:

Job Description:
Seeking a detail oriented, highly motivated professional with 1-2 years experience in a processing and/or data intensive position. Professionals with provisioning experience in the telecommunications industry would be ideal. This individual will be utilizing our proprietary databases to review, make changes, and submit orders timely and accurately for our customers. Perform audits and reconcile vendor invoices, prepare and verify accounting reports, follow up with clients regarding inquiries and interact with the account management team as needed.  In addition, this position will complete special projects as assigned.

Job Description:
A Client Care Specialist position entails selling or introducing new technology solutions and services to established clients as well as maintaining the account. This will include performing routine follow up calls to our existing base to determine if an opportunity exists. You must also be able to describe and explain the systems we offer to potential customers. Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner. You must have prior success calling on and/or maintaining existing relationships with an account base as well as proven success in cold calling. Proactively recommend items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability. Successful candidates will have the knowledge of how to complete and maintain accurate sales forecasts, data gathering and reports for the rest of the Sales Team. Assist in completing sales projects including proposals and marketing with the support of the Marketing Coordinator and Sales & Marketing Supervisor. Must be a self-starter who can work independently and have the organizational skills to manage a deep pipeline and ongoing relationships with clients.  Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects of the organization. Responsible for outbound and inbound account management.  Capturing of accurate and complete information in Customer Relationship Management system (CRM). Experience related to security systems, IT, or telecomm is a plus There may be additional administrative duties on an as needed basis.  Local travel is required; this would include introducing new products or presenting maintenance agreements to our existing customers.
