Mike Dlug joined ComTec early 2009 with the task of growing the national distribution and agent programs within the hospitality division. During Mike's tenure he developed a national distribution and sales model which has been successfully implemented throughout the US. He also co-developed a successful advertising and media marketing program specific to the hospitality industry which is the primary focus of several national leading advertising firms. Mike is one the fastest growing InnView Elite Sales Specialists in the nation and he has also completed his engineering certification as IAP (InnView Advanced Professional II) one of six in the nation. His passion and drive for success has been the cornerstone of ComTec's hospitality growth. Mike leverages his vast knowledge in technology and his national relationships with marketing managers and distributors to constantly improve his division's business model.

Mike enjoyed a successful career of eight years selling voice and data networks at Broadview Networks formally ATX Communications. He has been among the elite sales reps making Presidents Club six out of the eight years while there and he finished his career as the top sales rep out of over 160 reps nationwide. After graduating from Delran H.S./NJ, Mike received his bachelors degree from Shenandoah University where he also played four years of baseball.
