Richard joined the ComTec organization in early 2005 as the Director of Enterprise Sales. His primary responsibilities include expanding ComTec’s existing technology capabilities into the Enterprise market by establishing key distribution agreements with the nation's largest security and communication suppliers. He brought with him strong relationships with the area's most capable architectural and engineering firms that today rely extensively on ComTec’s expertise for the design and deployment of technology solutions.

Richard was the former Vice President for Access Communication Services, one of South Jersey's premier cabling and security providers.  He was also a former scholastic educator. Richard has over 20 years of experience with the design and installation of digital video surveillance systems for municipalities, public and private schools, as well as a host of independent businesses. Along with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Elizabethtown College in Pennsylvania, Richard has completed technical training with most of the premier security technology manufacturers in the world, including WatchNET, Sentry, Dell and Honeywell.  These certifications, coupled with his leadership and analytical skills, give ComTec the edge in the quickly expanding world of digital security. Richard's drive and committment has paved the way for ComTec's fastest growing departments.
