Carmen Simonelli, Jr.

Carmen Simonelli, Jr., joined the ComTec team in 2004, as the Director of Operations. This position has overall responsibility for directing the performance and support for the service and installations departments. Carmen brought to ComTec more than twenty-five years of experience in programming, management and leadership, as he formerly managed one of the largest and most advanced voice and data communication networks in the State of New Jersey.

As the former Deputy Director of Telecommunications and Data Management and Deputy Director of 9-1-1 Communications, he was responsible for the design, installation and management of over 60 government buildings and a multimillion dollar communication budget. His tenure at this facility and in-depth experience gave Carmen un-paralleled skills and knowledge within the communications industry. Carmen is a certified radio and telephone technician from the U.S Army and has developed proficiency with the design and configuration of both large scale voice and data systems. He has extensive background with the development and management of NEC PBX systems and is a certified Avaya PBX engineer as well as a certified Ortronics Solution Network Specialist.

Throughout his tenure at ComTec, Carmen has leveraged his extensive career and professional experience as a strategic planner and customer support driven professional. His exceptional skills have helped ComTec improve our customer satisfaction while more than doubling the size of our installation and service teams.
