Michael Vertolli provides leadership for the strategic direction of the company. As a member of the Executive Committee and CEO of the firm, his major responsibilities include managing the technical and administrative services while enhancing business development.

Michael joined ComTec Systems, Inc., in 1989 as a member of the technical engineering team. In 1994, he purchased a controlling interest in the company and assumed overall control of operations.
Michael uses his exceptional strategic and analytical talents to inspire unparalleled dedication and focus throughout the organization. During his tenure as President and CEO of ComTec, Mike has obtained multiple engineering and software degrees and has led ComTec from a two person consulting firm to one of Inc. Magazines fastest growing privately owned technology firms in the United States. In addition to directing several company acquisitions that have proved to be the cornerstone for ComTec’s recent successes, Mike is a certified software and hardware engineer for various distributors, including NEC Unified Solutions. He is an NEC IPS 2000 certified engineer, and accredited as an "NEC Advanced Technology Solutions Professional I".

Recently, Michael has become the recipient of the national award Who’s Who for Outstanding Professionals for his accomplishments as the President of ComTec Systems, Inc. In 2007, Michael was recognized as one of New Jersey’s top CEO’s under the age of forty by being nominated and elected to the prestigious Forty Under 40 Club, and has been named by New Jersey Biz magazine as one of the top three finalists for New Jersey Executive of the Year award for three consecutive years.

He is the current co-founder and partner of Capital Enterprise of NJ, a real estate investment firm, and is President and co-founder of a consulting and investment firm, CTI Solutions. Michael now sits on the advisory board of InnView Systems, a global hospitality and entertainment company.
