ComTec Systems, Inc. is Awarded New Jersey State Contract for Telecommunications and Technology

TRENTON, NEW JERSEY, July 2009 - ComTec Systems, Inc., a leading provider of voice, data and security equipment supplies, has recently been approved under the New Jersey State Contract for distribution and installation of the NEC Unified Communications platform. This contract allows schools, municipalities and other government agencies the ability to purchase goods and services through ComTec Systems, Inc. without the requirement of costly and time consuming RFP’s.

New Jersey State Contract #A64067 secures ComTec as an authorized vendor to sell and install the NEC Univerge SV8100, SV8300, & SV8500 Systems. The SV8000 Series provides both pure Voice Over IP (VoIP) as well as traditional digital and analog phones. The SV8000 series supports a host of advanced applications serving customers with 5 to 5000 plus users that can be spread across multiple locations. This advanced platform allows schools, municipalities, housing authorities and other institutions the ability to interconnect their facilities with a common communications platform. By centralizing their administration, they can reduce the overall costs of their communications expenses while enhancing the productivity of their facility.
